Intrascript Transcription Platform

Designed to be one of the premeire transcription platforms in the world, Intrascript is used by doctors, medical facilities and transcription service providers alike to organize and manage their medical transcription operations.   Dave Drabo, an Oracle designer with years of customer interface experience, designed the Intrascript platform in conjunction with medical transcription companies and end users.  The result is a platrform that is so easy to learn and use that a 10  year old can learn to use it, but is poweful enough to easily manage a 10,000 bed facility with a feature set robust enough to handle operations doing more than 1 million lines per month. 

EASE OF USE

Voice files are dynamically color coded based upon time of origin.  As files get older, they change colors.  Therefore, with a glance at the screen, you can tell how long files have been sitting and whether there are problems.  There’s no more having to sit down and scroll through long lists of files to identify those requiring immediate attention.

Searches are variable based on time, date, patient medical record number, patient name, report type or more.  In fact, a feature unique to Intrascript is the ability to search on any word or word string in the title or the text of a document.  The implications from this are vast.  Organizations requiring utilization reviews of equipment can search reports in a matter of minutes to find the needed information.  Again, search parameters are variable.  Therefore, as an example, if you wanted to know how many brain scans were done in January for hematomas, you would set your date parameters to all of January then search for hematomas in the CT reports.  To do this report, that used to take hours, using the Intrascript Software platform, takes approximately 2-3 minutes.  Hours are saved.
