HERE’S HOW IT WORKS
- The doctor has the option of dictating into a hand-held device or our dictation device, using the telephone.
- A digital file is created on the computer and uploaded onto a secured server on the net.
- The transcriptionist immediately accesses the file and opens the voice file.
- When the transcriptionist has completed the report, they hit enter to save the report on the server. The report is immediately saved along with the voice file on the server.
- As soon as the report is saved on the server it is available to be viewed by the office staff and the clinician.
- Using a standard browser, the completed transcription can be immediately viewed, e-signed, edited and printed.
- Coding and billing can be started immediately to shorten the lag time on Accounts Receivables.
